All our personnel have a minimum of 10 years
experience supplying, repairing, refurbishing
and installing all types of PABX second user
equipment. Engineers are fully Siemens,
Nortel and Mitel qualified and
regularly update their skills. Our customers

Quality
All refurbished phones are re-engineered to as ‘near
new' standard as possible, reworked and modified to
the last released build level and backed by Select
Service full 12 month warranty.
Select Service work only to the highest 'A Grade'
quality standards, and all handsets are tested by
qualified engineers to Siemens specification and
then fully inspected and re-tested by our quality
control department prior to dispatch.
Process
We start by testing and analysing any faults,
replacing any faulty parts, re-testing, deluxe deep
clean, add new labels, cases where possible, line
cords and curly cords. Our refurbished handsets then
undergo our extensive final functional test
including: Firmware compliance, Speech (Transmission
& Reception Levels), Call Simulation, Button/LED &
LCD functionality, Data Transmission and Add On
Module compatibility.
Finally the phone is sanitised, shrink wrapped and
sealed, and only then it is finally provided with
our full year guarantee!
We can provide most manufactures refurbished handsets
including Siemens, Nortel Networks, Mitel and Ecrisson
telephones, all with our no quibble full year guarantee.
