SpliceCom’s PCS Ops Console provides
Receptionists and Operators with a “global” view of
all companies allowing them to answer calls on behalf
of multiple businesses.
But even using the PCS 410, PCS 100
or PCS 10 phones they can clearly identify not only
who is calling, but also which company they are calling,
allowing the call to be answered in an appropriate manner.
The PCS 50 application, running as either an IP Softphone
or as a Phone Partner, also provides the same information.

SpliceCom Maximiser’s unique architecture
allows its system components to be either completely
centralised within a secure comms room, or to be distributed
with modules residing exactly where they’re needed within
each company’s office or area. The latter approach allows
the amount of cabling infrastructure to be drastically
reduced when compared to that required by a traditional
telephone system. No matter how Maximiser is deployed,
it is always managed as a single telephone system through
a standard web browser. This allows complete management
to be achieved totally independently of location, computer
platform or operating system. Finally, with Maximiser

of phones for their clients to choose from, with something
