Companies

SpliceCom Maximiser is totally unique in allowing its database to be segmented on a company by company basis.

Contact, User & Departmental directories are separately created for each company, with Company A being unable to see any of the entries for Company B.

Each Company also has its own separate auto attendant and meet-me-conferencing systems.

 

 

Receptionists and Operators

SpliceCom’s PCS Ops Console provides Receptionists and Operators with a “global” view of all companies allowing them to answer calls on behalf of multiple businesses.

But even using the PCS 410, PCS 100 or PCS 10 phones they can clearly identify not only who is calling, but also which company they are calling, allowing the call to be answered in an appropriate manner. The PCS 50 application, running as either an IP Softphone or as a Phone Partner, also provides the same information.

When receptionists or operators use the PCS Ops Console, PCS 410 IP Phone or the PCS 50 IP SoftPhone or Phone Partner, a script to assist with answering calls in a more meaningful manner can be pushed to the screen - on a company-by-company basis.

No matter how Maximiser is deployed, it is always managed as a single telephone system through a standard web browser. This allows complete management to be achieved totally independently of location, computer platform or operating system.
