SpliceCom’s PCS Ops Console provides
Receptionists and Operators with a “global” view of
all companies allowing them to answer calls on
behalf of multiple businesses.
But even using the PCS 410, PCS 100
or PCS 10 phones they can clearly identify not only
who is calling, but also which company they are
calling, allowing the call to be answered in an
appropriate manner. The PCS 50 application, running
as either an IP Softphone or as a Phone Partner,
also provides the same information. |

the PCS Ops Console, PCS 410 IP Phone or the PCS 50

with answering calls in a more meaningful manner can

architecture allows its system components to be
either completely centralised within a secure comms
room, or to be distributed with modules residing
exactly where they’re needed within each company’s

amount of cabling infrastructure to be drastically

traditional telephone system. No matter how
Maximiser is deployed, it is always managed as a
single telephone system through a standard web
