All refurbished Realitis phones are re-engineered to as ‘near new' standard as possible and all work carried out is backed by Select Service full 12 month warranty.

Select Service work only to the highest 'A Grade' quality standards, all Realitis DT handset are tested by qualified engineers with a minimum of 10 years experience to Siemens specification and then fully inspected and re-tested by our quality control department prior to dispatch.

Process
We start by testing and analysing any faults, replacing any faulty parts, re-testing, deluxe deep clean, add new labels, cases line cords and curly cords. All Realitis DT handsets then undergo an extensive final functional test which includes: Firmware compliance, Speech Transmission & Reception Levels, Call Simulation, Button/LED & LCD functionality, Data Transmission and Add On Module compatibility.
