| Firstly, if you don't know which
headset you wish to trial, we need to work out which
of the Sennheiser telephone headset will work best
for you. If you already know which headset you
need click here We believe in the products we sell and we want you
to be happy with your choice, they need to be right
for both user and the company, i.e. model and cost!
There are three main groups of Sennheiser
telephone headsets, firstly
the entry level where there is only one or two
people and a fairly quite environment. Secondly the
semi busy open plan office and the third is our busy
call centre headsets for heavy duty use with high noise
level. |
| Understanding which of one of these three
environments you place yourself in will give us the
information as to which headset type would suit your
needs best, such as, non noise cancelling, noise cancelling or
ultra noise cancelling.
We also want to understand you comfort level, for
the entry level and semi busy environment there is
the one ear (monaural) choice or the two ear
(binaural) headset for heavy duty. We recommend in
very busy call centres where perhaps important
personnel finance details are being discussed that
the binaural to be the better preference keeping the
user total concentration.
With this information we can help you decide
which headset is best for you, you can then
trial it, send it back if you don't like it, or
return it and take another model for trial - the
choice is yours.

Day Trial terms and conditions

This 14 Day Trial is open to
Sennheiser Office and Call Centre headsets only.

Should you decide to keep
the headset we will match any UK 'like for like'
price you have notified us about during the 14 day trial period.
(Subject to validation).

If you the choose 30 day account
option we will require details to allow us to
complete a credit application form, goods will
be despatched as soon credit account has been
approved which is usually within 24 hours.

If you prefer credit/debit
card option we will complete a credit card
transaction and your headset will be despatched
the same
day. We will refund you in full should you
return the headset for any reason (just because
it does not go with your pink cushions will do)
within the 14 days.

At any time within the 14 days
the headset can be returned in its original
packaging to Enabling Communications by recorded
delivery and any payments you may have made will
be returned in full.

Costs incurred returning the
headset are at your own expense

If you participate in this
Sennheiser 14 Day trial you agree to the above
terms and conditions in full

The above terms do not limit or effect your statuary
rights.
