Polycom's Vortex EF2210,
a stand-alone system for
individual sites, is
typically installed in
meeting rooms along with
one or more microphones
and an automatic
microphone mixer.
Because the EF2210
delivers robust acoustic
echo and noise
cancellation
performance, it is often
used instead of the
video conferencing
codec's microphone and
acoustic echo canceller.
It provides a single
microphone or line level
input, plus two
auxiliary inputs (for
external devices such as
a VCR). If additional
microphone or line
inputs are required, the
Polycom Vortex EF2241 or
Vortex EF2280 models are
recommended.
