Our training team is made up of experienced trainers who specialise in the various business phone systems we offer. Unlike many of our competitors we do not use our engineers for training, whilst they have an incredible understanding of the technical side, the voltages, DiP switches and assignments etc. they can often confuse your staff. 

This includes telephone etiquette, basic handset training on how to access your phone system features, how to transfer, pickup and hold calls. Voicemail greetings recording and retrieving messages from their voicemail.

Simple programming of their phone to allow speed dialling, time and date settings, name changing etc. For your main switchboard we give detailed reception/operator training.
